The Train Loft and K-LINE are proud to announce a special customer run of scale boxcars designed to celebrate the restoration and existence of three famous Union Pacific steam locomotives still operating.

These theme cars, designed from 40s era 40 foot boxcar prototypes and complement your Challenger, Big Boy or FEF Northern Locomotives perfectly. The cars are multi-colored and decorated using multiple paint masks of standard UP colors.

The cars feature 1:48 scale ABS bodies, stamped metal chassis, metal handrails, ladders, grab irons, painted stainless steel roof walks and landings, opening cargo doors and painted die cast metal sprung trucks.

Designed by the Train Loft and produced by K-LINE, after intense research into the specifications of these three UP giants, the cars feature each locomotives’ specifications pad printed tastefully on the boxcars.

Operators will appreciate how great they look in both freight and passenger consists. Collectors will appreciate that they have special packaging, are true O Scale, have only 1/3 the normal production run of cataloged items and have never been made by any O Gauge manufacturer.
