A brand-new addition to the K-LINE passenger car lineup, the Amtrak Superliner is typically run on long-haul routes west of Chicago. Similar to the Surfliners, these cars offer car-to-car passage only on the upper level. However, K-LINE's accurately reproduced Transition Sleeper provides both upper and lower level passage at opposite ends of the car, providing a transition between double- and single-level cars.
